This amazing machine now allows us to truly know the body composition of each individual patient. This understanding gives us the ability to create customized fitness, weight-loss or peak athletic performance programs based on your individual needs.
This tool is unlike other body composition machines, not only because of the exceptional research that has been done by BioSpace, but also because the machine provides easy to understand data and graphs that enable our patients, physicians and coaches to fully understand the fundamental underlying basis for many of the health conditions that bring patients into our facility. The computer interface ensures that we can track your baseline information and we can monitor you as the fat, muscle and hydration levels improve.
The InBody520 allows a micro current to pass through the body. This micro-current enables us to measure many different parameters of health and body composition. These measurements include; body weight, lean body mass, body fat mass, Intracellular water, extracellular water, current total body water, dry lean mass, Body Mass Index (BMI), Percent body fat, Segmental Lean Mass (Right and left arms and legs, and trunk), fat control, lean body mass, and Basal Metabolic Rate. This astounding amount of data is accumulated in less than one minute of standing on the machine.
One of the best aspects of the InBody520 is it’s easy to read and interpret results. The program does many of the calculations necessary to determine these health parameters and an easy to read report and graphs are produced for each analysis.
